We at Initiative for Green Habitats are sustainable built environment consultants committed towards the development of such ‘Green’ built-environments. Such environments are not only the future of building but are a necessity in dealing with the world’s fragile ecosystems by minimising our ecological footprint, especially, when considering the legacy we leave behind.
We have two consultancy platforms:
IGH Consulting which is the Architectural arm. This includes Project Master-Plan, Building Design, Infrastructure Planning and Building-Systems Design. Our services cater to all scales of projects: from individual-home design to corporate, institutional or other large scale projects.
Initiative Green Habitats India LLP, which focuses on project management. This includes services centred around execution of projects where construction management services like contractor and vendor selection, cost management & fiscal prudence, and monitoring project progress & delivery schedules.
